In 2016, Indian Cyber Squad in Association with Technovizon pvt ltd launched a national-level initiative, Cyber Squad Employability Academy (CSEA) to meet the demand for skilled labour and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for women and under privileged. The Academy offers industry – relevant and job-oriented vocational training in 5 technical and 3 office skill courses. 8, Academies spread across 5 States/Union Territories provide free of cost training empowers the youth to build a better future for the nation and themselves.

It reaches to communities, develops skills of people from financially challenged backgrounds and acclimatises them with the changing work environment. The core philosophy is to create courses that would help in creating and supplying trained manpower across the entire industrial spectrum as well as develop entrepreneurial talent.

We have developed a unique knowledge ecosystem, collaborating with industry leaders as knowledge partners. These knowledge partners ensure that our training programmes are industry relevant. They undertake curriculum design and content development, setting up labs for practical training as well as the coaching of the trainers themselves. We have on board 11 knowledge partners who drive the content for the curriculum.

Empowering youth with the right skills can define the future of the country. Indian Cyber Squad is well placed to build a technology based scalable model for skilling, with a focus on quality of training, leading to employability and entrepreneurship opportunities for youth.

Indian Cyber Squad is discussing opportunities to partner with non-profits across India and overseas. Partnering with CSEA will enable ITIs and non-profits to not only expand their offerings but also make them market relevant as these programmes would be developed by companies based on their needs

(CSEA), is group wide skill development initiative, aims to develop Employability, Entrepreneurship and community Enterprise capabilities in youth across country. This initiative would involve mobilizing youth (18 – 35 years) from under-served communities, training them on demand driven vocational skills along with integrated life skills to empower them for a brighter future.

Cyber Squad Employability Academy is engaged with various State Governments, NGOs + Corporate in implementing projects of scale.
