ICS-Inspiration Scholarship Scheme 2020-21

​

Indian Cyber Squad invites applications for ICS-Inspiration Scholarship Scheme 2020-21 for college students pursuing technical degree/diploma courses from recognized institutions. The students who are already availing this scholarship can also apply for renewal of the same. The aim of this scholarship is to promote technical education by offering financial assistance to students for continuation of their professional studies.

Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must:

  • The candidate must be pursuing the first year of a professional course at the Graduate / Postgraduate level during the current academic year.

  • Be admitted to the first year of degree/diploma level course or second year of degree/diploma level course through lateral entry in any of the AICTE approved Institution of the respective year

  • Have a family income of less than INR 8 lakh per annum

Benefits

20,000 students will be selected for the disbursal of the scholarship. ME/M.Tech. students selected under this scholarship scheme will receive INR 7,800 per month for the duration of their PG course.

Graduate level students will get 6000 per Month as the scholarship amount for the duration of their Graduation course.

Students studying in diploma courses will get INR 4,500 per month as the scholarship amount.

How can you apply?

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through following steps -
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.

Step 2: Create Account (SignUp/ SignIn) to website.
Step 3: Write the applicant's name,gender, date of birth, mobile number, email ID. and select the Scholarship scheme.
Step 4: Enter Aadhaar Number as identification detail and click on the 'Register' button.
Step 5: An application ID will be sent to email id. Use that for future references.


Note: All the applicants are advised to fill the form correctly, no changes can be made once submitted. The applicants are also advised to fill only one application as multiple applications will lead to the cancellation of the form.

Selection Criteria

The selection of scholars for the ICS Scholarship Program involves a multi-stage process. The scholars will be selected based on their family income and academic background. The key steps of the selection process are mentioned below:

  • Screening of scholarship applications based on financial need and academic background

  • Telephonic interviews for further shortlisting of candidates

  • Face-to-face interview for final selection (if required)

Terms and Conditions

  • Applications will be invited once in a year through Indian Cyber Squad Scholarship Portal.

  • If a candidate failed/ drop out in a subsequent year, He/she will not be eligible for further scholarship

  • In case both CGPA & Total marks are given in the mark sheet, total marks will be considered for determining the percentage.

  • The grant of the scholarship is subject to the condition that the student does not receive any financial assistance in the shape of scholarship/any emoluments, salary, stipend, etc.

  • Only verified online applications will be considered for the award of scholarship.
